My husband and I had a terrible experience with the lack of luggage carts. Despite multiple inquiries, the staff repeatedly claimed they were in use, but we saw no carts available at all. To add to our frustration, no one offered assistance with our luggage, which was particularly hard for us as elderly travelers.
